The Copenhagen studio's founder designed this sleek disc pendant around a built-in, dimmable LED panel.

Søren Ravn Christensen established UMAGE in 2007 and designs much of its sculptural lighting; the Asteria mini, here with brass detail, was born at the crossroads of design, technology, and craftsmanship. The LED panel dims with an external dimmer, and a white diffuser keeps the light soft in the surrounding space.
