Anders Klem designed Manta Ray for UMAGE's Copenhagen studio, crafting a curved metal screen that uncovers an enchanting brass pattern underneath, where the light unfolds. Made in China with great attention to detail, the sculptural shade transforms a room with patterned light.

Which bulb does it take?
It takes a light source of max 15W LED with an E26/E27 socket. The bulb is not included, so you can choose the shape and colour temperature that suits your room.
Does it cast light up or down?
Both — the powder-coated steel shade casts light downwards, while the opal glass centre ensures light upwards, and the brass pattern beneath the curved screen creates a patterned light.
How do I clean the shade?
Dust with a soft, dry cloth or a soft brush. This keeps the powder-coated steel and the brass pattern beneath its curved screen in good condition over time.
