Seven feet of aluminium table — eight seats for a long Sunday lunch, and no seasonal maintenance whatsoever.
The large-format anchor of Studio Brichet-Ziegler's 2017 Week-End system for Petite Friture. Top, apron and four splayed legs are worked from aluminium and finished in matte textured epoxy paint with a UV-resistant coating. Heavy enough to hold its ground in wind, light enough for two people to reset a terrace.

How many does it seat?
Eight. At 86.6 in long and 33.5 in deep, it takes three chairs per side plus one at each end, or six Week-End Chairs with armchairs on the ends.
Does it need covering in winter?
No. The aluminium structure will not rust or warp and the UV-resistant epoxy coating is the finished surface, so no covers, sealants or annual oiling are required.
Can two people move it?
Yes. It is substantial enough not to shift in wind but still an aluminium table, so two people can reposition it to reset a terrace without dismantling anything.
