Week-End Rectangle Dining Table

The Week-End Rectangle Dining Table is the large-format anchor of Petite Friture's Week-End collection (Weekend in English-language press) — designed in Paris by Studio BrichetZiegler and launched in 2017. At L86.6 in × W33.5 in × H29.5 in, this is the Large slats version, the quickship configuration: a wide horizontally slatted aluminium top, folded apron and four splayed welded legs, finished in matte grained anti-UV powder coat in Black (RAL 9005), White (RAL 9016), Jade Green (RAL 6013) or Glass Green (RAL 6007). The slat orientation does double work — it drains rainwater rather than pooling it, and it sheds the leaves, blossoms and pollen that ruin solid glass and HPL outdoor tops. Manufactured in Europe under Petite Friture's B Corp certified operation (91.5/100, 2026).

Seats eight comfortably. At 58.2 lb the table is substantial enough to stay put in wind, but two people can still reposition it for a terrace reset. Aluminium construction means no rust, no warping, no annual sanding or oiling — the surface you open the box with is the surface that lasts. Certified to EN 581-1 and EN 581-2 contract durability standards (the European hospitality benchmark), with a 5-year structural warranty. The VOC-free powder coat is the finished surface; matching RAL touch-up paint is available from Petite Friture. Pairs with eight Week-End Chairs or six Bridge Armchairs at the ends, two on the sides — sized for the long Sunday lunch.
