Space Copenhagen shaped this desk chair's shell from Matek, Mater's composite of coffee-shell waste and recycled plastic.

The soft-molded seat sits on a five-star base of 96% recycled polished aluminum, mounted on casters that roll easily between tasks; a black-painted base is also available. Made in Denmark, it belongs to the Eternity series — each piece diverts about 9.5 pounds of waste — and to our Mater collection.
