Three legs, a steam-bent back, and a seat that doubles as a small table — Stine Weigelt's valet chair earns its corner.

The J157 Anker is a high-backed spoke-back chair for the entryway or bedroom: clothes drape over the tall back while the flat seat holds a watch, a bag, or tomorrow's outfit. Weigelt, winner of the 2017 Finn Juhl Prize, designed it for FDB Møbler in solid oak, here painted Jet Black (RAL 9005) for a graphic, silhouette-first look.
