J18 Chair - Pure White
Børge Mogensen took the eighteenth-century English Windsor chair and stripped it to Nordic essentials in 1945.
His J18 for FDB Møbler runs the solid backrest straight into armrests low enough to slide under most tabletops, over a bowl-shaped seat that tilts gently back. This version wears Pure White (RAL 9010) paint on beech — the crispest finish in the range.
