The J27C counter stool from FDB Møbler brings Børge Mogensen's frugal 1940s stool design to kitchen-island height. This version is beech painted Jet Black (RAL 9005) with water-based paint, built for long service and a natural patina.

Yes for standard 36-inch counters — that leaves about 10 inches of legroom. For 40-inch-plus bar tops, step up to the J27B bar stool.
How does the J27C differ from the J27?
