Vertigo Nova Wall Lamp
Forty-three inches of ribboned canopy, cantilevered off a wall — the Vertigo silhouette where no ceiling drop exists.
Constance Guisset's 2020 Nova generation puts a dimmable LED behind a hand-blown sandblasted glass sphere, and the wall version carries that whole arrangement out from a vertical surface. Every polyurethane ribbon is laid onto the fiberglass structure by hand in France, work Petite Friture carries out with APF France Handicap. Winner of the SIT Furniture Design Award, 2020.

Common Questions
How far does it project?
The canopy is 43.3 in across and 40.9 in tall, so treat it as an architectural element on a wide wall or stair landing rather than a conventional sconce.
Do I need to buy a bulb?
No. A dimmable 10W LED is integrated behind the blown glass sphere, giving 1,350 lumens of warm 2700K light with CRI above 85.
How much does it weigh?
7 lb. Light for its size, but the fixing still needs to carry a 43 in cantilever, so mount into structure rather than plasterboard alone.
