Wallie Wall Mounted Drawer
A magnetic wood drawer hovers inside a bent metal bracket — Amalie Skov Rahbæk's Wallie reduces the nightstand to essentials.
The young Danish designer paired a painted metal frame with a rounded oak or walnut drawer held in place by a magnet encased in its back. Wall-mounted and fully assembled, it works as a floating bedside table or a landing spot for keys in the hall — one of the smallest pieces in the WOUD collection.

Common Questions
Can Wallie replace a bedside table?
Yes — it holds up to 11 lbs, enough for a phone, a book, and glasses, and mounting it on the wall keeps the floor clear in tight bedrooms.
How does the drawer stay in place?
A magnet encased in the drawer's backside holds it inside the metal bracket, so it lifts out for cleaning and clicks back without hardware.
Does Wallie require assembly?
No. It arrives fully assembled — you only fix the bracket to the wall with fasteners suited to your wall type.
