J148 2-Person couch - Light Grey

In light grey fabric the two-seater recedes politely — until the fan of turned oak spokes catches the light.

Erik Ole Jørgensen's J148 gives the spoke-back range at FDB Møbler its compact couch: 60.2 inches wide, nature lacquered oak, loose cushions in Light Grey 02 MLF fabric. It is the pale, airy way to seat two without filling the room.

Materials

Nature lacquered oak frame; MLF fabric upholstery, Light Grey 02

Dimensions

60.2 in W x 28.1 in D x 31.1 in H; 59.5 lbs

Designer

Erik Ole Jørgensen, 1978

Care

Vacuum with a soft brush attachment; blot spills immediately

Common Questions

Is light grey a practical choice for a couch?
With simple habits, yes: vacuum regularly, blot spills the instant they happen, and rotate the cushions between seats; Light Grey 02 repays the care by keeping the room feeling open.

How does the J148 compare with the J149?
Both share the 1978 spoke-back design; the J148 is the 60.2 in two-seater, while the J149 stretches to 74.6 in for three seats or a full-length nap.

Care Guide +

FDB Møbler furniture is crafted from FSC-certified wood, powder-coated steel, and OEKO-TEX textiles. Keep away from direct heat and sunlight. Dust with a soft cloth; clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. For lacquered surfaces, avoid harsh chemicals. For oiled wood, re-oil periodically. For upholstery, vacuum regularly and address spills promptly. Lift furniture rather than dragging across floors.
