Military wool, civilian red: a lumbar cushion cut from Denmark's most storied furniture fabric.

The R16 Slotsholmen cushion in red is 100% wool horse-rug cloth — developed at The Royal Military Clothing Factory for army horses, adopted by furniture makers in the 1970s, and woven today by Danish Art Weaving. FDB Møbler brought the fabric back; OEKO-TEX certified textiles, GRS-certified suppliers.
