Erik Ole Jørgensen called the J149 a 'proper' sofa: room for a small family, or one person stretched full length, on the spoke-back frame he designed for FDB Møbler in 1978. Black semi-aniline leather over nature lacquered oak keeps the grain of the hide visible against the pale wood.
