Common Questions

What roles suit a single black J46?
Desk chair, hallway seat, or the anchor chair in a mixed dining set — at 9.3 pounds it moves to wherever a sharp black line is wanted.

Does the spoke back actually support your back?
Yes — the V-arranged spokes flex slightly and spread contact across the back, a comfort trick Danish spoke-backs have relied on for decades.

Care Guide +

FDB Møbler furniture is crafted from FSC-certified wood, powder-coated steel, and OEKO-TEX textiles. Keep away from direct heat and sunlight. Dust with a soft cloth; clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. For lacquered surfaces, avoid harsh chemicals. For oiled wood, re-oil periodically. For upholstery, vacuum regularly and address spills promptly. Lift furniture rather than dragging across floors.
