A red check on natural oak — the Jørna's most traditional costume, on the chair Volther made for his wife.

This FDB Møbler version of the J166 upholsters the seat in Horse Cloth 'Red Diced' (14) within a nature-lacquered oak frame. Poul Volther designed the armchair around Jørna's knitting — long needles included — and its compact proportions still earn a place in modern rooms.
